Dr Herman is very personable and took the extra time to explain the healing process of my injury. He explained the plan for my care and answered all my questions.

Finally, after about 6 months of dealing with shoulder pain and inability to raise my arm, I got an explanation of what is going on. I'm sure PA's have their place in lightening the physician's load, but I do not appreciate seeing one at every visit if they are not going to explain to me what is going on. Dr. Herman was very thorough (without taking any more time than a PA would have taken) and explained what was going on in my shoulder and gave me the injection after explaining why it can only be given every 3 months. I appreciated his professionalism and his concern for his patient. Going forward, I would appreciate seeing more of him for any appointments I may have.
