I feel perfectly fine with my looks but they kept pushing extra aesthetics services, I did not feel comfortable at all.

I showed up 20 minutes early, ended up waiting for more than an hour. What's the point of setting up an appointment if you don't get seen at the scheduled time? The waiting room was less than half full, but I saw people leaving complaining about their waiting time.

Dr Kim has always been very honest and up front with all of my family. He is very caring and listens to my concerns. I have refered family and friends to him. I would follow him where ever he goes.

I love going to Dr. Kim! He is always so friendly and explains everything to me that he is giving me and what he thinks is wrong with me. He also is very well groomed and has awesome bed side manners!! I don't really care for office staff. The nurses in the back that take you to your room are very very nice and sweet!! The front office people are always rude and short. Sometimes when I go in they wont charge me a copay, when I know that it shows up on the computer and then when I bring it to their attention, they say oh well don't worry about it and then the next time I go in they call me up there in front of everyone and say very loudly that you have a previous balance on your account of 25.00 dollars, and you need to pay it today along with you copay for today's visit. They are not proffesional at all!! But however, I like Dr. Kim and will continue to keep seeing him no matter how rude his office staff is. I can be just as rude as they are!!!!
