Dr. Stephen Ralph Lasala, MD

I have known Dr, Lasala for 31 years. My nephews and my two children have been and are still patients of his.He is a remarkable man.

like other reviewers, i have bad experience with the office staff. been going there for over a year, all 3 doctors are great and very caring. but the office staff are horrible - rude and unprofessional. i've never seen them smile or being pleasant with the children or anybody. always very abrupt. they seem to not like children (or people). i am thinking of going somewhere else - it's too bad, because the doctors are really great.

I'm an old client/patient and I tried to reconnect not too long ago in order to find some assistance for referral. The staff never even bothered to return my call. Also, when I called back to check they acted as if I was insignificant... this is a doctor I've visited year after year for 18 years. And seemed untrained, unknowedgable, unhelpful, plus unwilling to give me an honest answer. Like I had to fight to be sure this girl wasn't just brushing me off and not actually looking into the matter.

Tests were submitted twice. Had to call my insurance company to correct problem. Charged when I made a comment as an add on consultation.
