When I arrived, front desk could not find my appointment. But I was scheduled and seen within the hour.

Dr. Lin is awesome. No fooling around! He just gets to it.

Wait time was over an hour. I had a 9am appointment and they asked me to be there at 8:30. I wasn't seen until 10am. That's not acceptable. The receptionists were all incredibly friendly and helpful as was my doctor and the scheduler. The staff was fantastic actually but the wait time was a bit much.
