Dr. Stephen Paul Raps, MD

My mother in law was admitted to Desert Springs hospital for numbness in her leg. She went in and they did a cat scat and mri of her spine. Don’t ever go to Desert Springs for anything. They are the worst hospital. They had her wait in the ER for over 9 hours then finally found a bed around 9 pm. I will get back to Dr Rap in a second. The room had a broken blinds in the window and the bathroom didn’t work. Here is a 76 year old women that had to use a Porto potty next to her bed. She was in the hospital for 48 hours with no one checking on her not even Dr Rap. Rap saw her moments before checking out of the hospital to tell her if she saw neurologist in the first place she would had to wait 48 hours. What kind of bedside manners is this. An arrogant narcissist that picks on an old lady. Shame on him and the hospital for not providing customer service to a paying patient. Worst doctor ever
