Dr. Steve is the perfect example of how a personal physician should be. Great listener. Shares information in an easily understandable manner. I highly recommend him. (And that is very high praise from a long time RN)

I have been going to Smaldore for over 20 years, this is the best practice that I have ever been too which is why I still go. I now live 2 hours away and still drive there to see Dr. Steve. He is caring, compassionate, and never chases you out. He is the best doctor and always there when you need him. I love my doctor who has taken care of me for years and I never have a problem with my scripts or being able to see him. I wouldnt know what to do if he were to ever retire.

Doctor Steve was my doctor for many years. I only had to leave him because of insurance changes. I think he is the most intelligent Doctor I ever had, including specialists. Steve is patient and kind, and I would see him again in a second if he took Medicare and Medicaid, which is all I have now. I would recommend him to anyone I know. X,

I have been Dr. Smaldore for about 20 years and he has been an awesome doctor. I never feel rushed or have felt like I was stupid for asking a question. I've always been able to get an appointment and was seen promptly.

Dr. Steve is wonderful - very caring and thorough. I've been a patient for more than 20 years and now my husband and kids are patients. He takes time to listen so that he always makes the correct diagnosis. Would never switch! Now, his office staff....another story!

As great as Dr. Steve is, that's how lousy some of his staff can be. Dr. Steve is kind, compassionate, and really listens and cares about his patients. He's so personable, and I feel like I am his only patient of the day when it's my turn. His staff...some are rude, impatient, and I wonder if he even knows. When I call the office to speak to staff, I expect compassion too, and a few of them lack it. Such a shame, but I don't let their ill manners stop me from seeing any of the doctors at Smaldore Family Practice. I just pray that the rude staff members will go away and work elsewhere.

I think dr.smaldore is the best....he is very easy to talk to. He really cares about his patients needs. I really enjoy dr.smaldore as my physician.. I live in dundalk, but I don't mind the drive to bel air to see him... he is also a very good friend and listener....you can tell him anything.. I would recommend him to anybody that would like a great doctor....
