Dr. Stephen A Turner, MD

Phenomenal. I have been seeing Dr Turner for 3 years. He has caught issues that were passed over by other cardiologists. And has corrected the issues. I owe my life to him. I would recommend him to ANYONE.

Either the staff does not know what they are doing, or they are racists. My PCP faxed them the referral and my records over 2 weeks ago. The staff said it would take a couple of days to process and they would call me to set up my first appointment. Two weeks later I called them and they claim my records were never received. Bull!! I have now wasted 3 weeks of waiting to see Dr. Turner and to move forward with a procedure I need done ASAP. Thanks medically challenged people!

When my father was sick he was very polite, helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend Dr. Turner to my friends and family.

Don't waste your time with him, if he can't even keep his staff in line. When you try to call for an appointment, if he is on vacation, just consider your family member non important and they won't let your family member see another doctor within the practice! "The Don't do that!" Then you have a charge nurse that is rude and I was told the "Office Manager" was good about returning calls when I expressed my concern and what a surprise I never got a call back. Then when I was trying to tell the "Charge Nurse" my experience at a hospital over the weekend, she would never let me complete my statements, assumed I was talking about her and hung up on me. I called back and asked if she is still going to ask the doctor if they could work me in the following week when the doctor got back in, but as I expected, since she hung up on me, she took it out on my family member and never called back the following week. I am glad the HEART is non an important matter, oh wait, IT IS!!!! She really… needs to take a vacation and come back ready to treat patients with dignity and respect and some sort of compassion or find a new occupation.
