Dr. Stephen J Vega, MD

I am a 67 year old women who has had a tummy tuck and thigh lift from Dr. Vega. I have had other procedures done from other surgeons in this area as well. I can honestly tell you that Dr. Vega is by far the best. I might add, I am not easily pleased. I also get Botox and fillers from the spa area as well. Christine is the one I always book with and I couldn’t be happier. She just knows what to do. As far as vega’s bedside manner, he has always been kind. I am more concerned with the outcome of the surgeries and if I get my moneys worth!! The answer is yes.That is what matters to me.

Lovely staff and beautiful office. Seen right away. Love Dr. Vega. He is confident without being arrogant- you know you are in the best hands.

Title says it all. It's one thing to be confident in one's work, but Vega falls in the other category of being condescending and pompous. His staff is fantastic, however. They're kind, courteous, and discreet. They're just a great group of people. As for the work and outcome, it was fine, not good, great, or excellent. Just... fine.

Excellent doctor and staff

I saw Dr. Vega as I has breast cancer and decided I wanted a double mastectomy with reconstruction surgery. He and his team made the reconstruction part of the process less scary and painless. They were there to answer any questions I had and spent as much time with me as I needed. Even answered my emailed questions timely. From my first visit, through my hospital stay and my continuing care now they have been great. I have nothing but good things to say about Doctor Vega and his staff. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Plastic Surgery performed by Dr. Vega was an excellent experience for me with wonderful outcomes. I have had surgery on breast reduction, tummy tuck and eyes. All turned out as I had hoped! His staff are all professional, helpful and friendly. Dr. Vega went beyond what was needed post-op and I felt in good hands with him pre-surgery, during surgery and post-op. I highly recommend Dr. Vega and his team of professionals for plastic surgery. The results are amazing, and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Vega's skill and I feel wonderful.

10 years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer that required me to have a left mastectomy. At that time I was under the care of another local plastic surgeon who recommended a saline implant. The first implant failed and I had a second surgery to replace it. In the end I had 4 surgeries--and yet I never felt good about the results--both physically and emotionally. As the years passed the implant caused discomfort, I lost range of motion in my left arm and it looked TERRIBLE. I was extremely self conscious about my physical appearance. When that surgeon offered me no solutions I started researching new plastic surgeons. It became very clear that Dr. Vega had excellent results with breast reconstruction. From my first appointment I knew I found the right surgeon and the right practice. Everyone was so knowledgeable and encouraging. Dr. Vega is both a talented surgeon and artist---the perfect combination of skills needed for excellent results. Three months ago I had a FLAP procedure… using tissue from my abdomen. I still have some minor procedures to go but I couldn't be happier with the results already! My only regret is that I didn't go to Dr. Vega initially!

This jerk refused breast reconstruction for me. I just walked out on him.
