Dr Siegal was amazing I had a gastric sleeve. Had very little pain and incisions look great! Even the nurses at the hospital told me he was the best. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Siegal is very thorough and down to earth. This guy knows his stuff. He even suggested some things I could do on my own to help myself get better.

I am 15 hours post operation, And feel so much for the better since the removal of my gallbladder Obviously you have to recover heal from your operation about a few weeks being careful not to use your abdominal muscles or you feel like you've been kicked in the gut. It takes about 3 days to feel better. But for me within a day of the operation I felt so different .. I hadn't realized how much of an impact having a rotten gallbladder was having on me. I was so nervous and extremely sick with nauseous constantly when I got to Gulf Coast Hospital of course on a Saturday night no less, ER was awesome. I was treated immediately and with such care. Wow very impressive. Once admitted from the ER and establish in a room the next morning, Sunday I meet Dr Steve Siegal GI Surgeon with his PA.Dr Siegal was not only comforting but excellent with my care. He listen to all of my concerns and complaints, very patience with me never rush me, he immediately ordered a HIDA Scan to make sure we needed… to remove the gallbladder. Once results came back confirming the need for removal, Dr Siegal returned and explained the surgery and why it was needed he put my anxiety eased. I had surgery the next evening at 5:19pm and by 9:00pm same day I was walking. Amazing with little pain. Dr Siegal I am very grateful to you and your staff. When you think of excellence, empathy and humility, it is impossible not to think of Dr. Steven Siegal. I never thought that a healthcare provider like a surgeon could have these qualities and many more. Him and his extraordinary team saved my life, and not only did they save me, they have given me the opportunity to have a better quality of life. I thank God for putting Dr. Steven Siegal and his excellent team and colleagues on my path.
