My experience with Dr. Williams was extremely positive starting with my first visit to his office for my initial visit—The entire front office staff as well as the medical staff especially Jessica Fromoltz the scheduler, every thing was done in a very very professional manner and not one time did I feel I was being rushed even though I t was at the end of their work day . Went to ER for kidney stone and dr. Williams was able to explain my condition and give me a plan of action. He was caring and reassured me about everything. Great surgeon and I plan on following up with him in the future.

Dr. Williams really took his time to explain my diagnosis and review my options. Grateful to have someone who cares about his patients.

Went to hospital because of a kidney stone. I did have an infection and ran a fever. So the doctor wanted to take the stone out because of complications my symptoms could cause. This was only 10 hours from when my symptoms started. If he couldn't get the stone out he would put a stint in and then let me go home and pass it. He was very pushy. Didn't give me a full understanding of the situation. I wanted to make a phone call to a family member before i decided. He said well you have to hurry up and let me know. Then pretty much walked out. I ended up passing the stone a few hours later on my own. The primary care doctor answered a lot of my questions and said I was not at high risk. That's not what Dr. Williams said. Felt like he just wanted me in the procedure and out. Poor care.

Excellent surgeon

Waited between 2-3 hours for each of my 4 visits; diagnostic study performed by unlicensed personnel and was such poor quality that study had to be repeated but still was charged excessive fee. Attempted numerous times to communicate with office requiring repeated attempts due to no response.
