Dr. Steven Adley Brenman, DO

Dr. Brenman is a compassionate, intelligent, patient, hard working, dermatologist. I highly recommend Dr. Brenman

He treated me with disrespect as soon as he walked in, was very short with his answers. When I told him of my concerns and my research,he was even ruder. Said didnt want ro heat abour str giogle. Really!He also told me to see my primary care physician, .I think medicine has passed him by and he should retire as it is way past the time.would tell everyone not to see him.poorest bedside manners ever.

Dr. Brenman obviously had a preconceived notion of how he would treat me before he walked into my patient room. He was extremely condescending and made me think my concerns were all in my head and suggested I go see my primary care physician for a mild anti-depressant. (I am a mother of two amazing boys, engineer, project manager with the most positive outlook on life, but did he even bother to assess my situation? No.) He told me a story of another patient and said "he has real problems" instead of addressing my concerns. Is it even allowed/legal to be discussing other patients in my appointment? He asked me questions and didn't even bother listening to the answer. He just started talking again right away. I had concerns he absolutely did not even address. He was in and out of the office as quickly as possible. I do now feel like I need an anti-depressant due to the way I was treated by him. I've never felt so small or so low. I wish I had never gone.

Dr Steve is the ultimate professional but very amusing as well, he has a great sense of humor.

I have been going to Dr.Brenman for at least 20 yrs.He is the most kind understanding person .He takes time to hear your problem and tell you how it can be handle right away. He is a very smart Dr. and my kids think he great!

Simply put, do not go to this doctor's office. I do not know about the other doctor's in the practice but I would not recommend Dr. Brenman. As others have mentioned, he is rude. I think his staff take cues from him because they are just as rude. I can't imagine why anyone would go there more than once. 30 years of practice does not make up for a lack of any bedside manner and understanding. The staff seems just as heartless. Find another dermatologist.
