Ladies .. do yourself a favor and go to USA Mobile , Al for treatment . Dr Decesare was very personable during the consult , but went for a second opinion with Dr Pierce at USA Mitchell Cancer Institute , her treatment was way less radical and surgery was scheduled within a week . Happily resting at home now and haven’t even heard from the nurse at Dr Decesare’s office to schedule surgery .

Great doctor and specialist. He does tend to run late because he takes time with each of his patients. If you want to be in and out without delay suggest booking an early morning appointment. I would highly recommend him for any female with gynecological issues and cancer .

Dr. DeCesare is very personable. Can ask him ANY question about your condition without feeling ignorant. He is glad to educate you. Very down to earth. He genuinely cares for his patients, is very compassionate, & very professional. He keeps my family informed also. You are not just a number with him.

Dr. DeCesare has been my oncology gynecologist for four years now. He is a very kind and compassionate doctor. I have no doubt the Lord directed me to Dr. DeCesare to have surgery and treatments four years ago. I am cancer free and very blessed. I recently had out patient surgery to remove some scar tissue from my first surgery and radiation treatments. He moved my surgery time to early morning so I could finish and be able to go home as quickly as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. DeCesare to any of my friends.

Dr. DeCesare is the most caring and proficient prfessional in the Sacred Heart Health system. He cannot do enough to make sure his patients' questions are fully answered. His staff is also professional but caring as well. I have had four surgeries on me and his followups have been thorough. He is highly recommended.
