6 phone calls, 2 appointments not on their schedule ( but made by me), 2 calls to Tanner Headquarters, and 1 trip to stand in the window at the office (8 weeks total) I was given appointments to have immunization cards completed for school.( 10 weeks) It was upsetting it took 8 weeks to receive an appointment for immunization card to be filled out. Then to have the front office raise their voices and TELL me I couldn't have an appointment unless I knew what my children needed. It was easy...immunization cards to be completed for school. I didn't know this would so confusing for a peds office. One person would tell me certain hours then I show for the appointment to be told "No way! Could I have an appointment for that at this time. We don't schedule appointments for that now" Needless to say, I was frustrated and confused that such a simple task could cause such chaos in a peds office. Dr Eubanks and his nurse practitioner were wonderful. Dr Eubanks spoke to my children asking them… questions and listening to answers. He didn't want me to speak for them which I like. Developing a relationship and trust since we were new to his practice. (we had to have a well child check in order to have the forms complete*insert eye roll*) I would encourage Dr Eubanks to break free of Tanner and control of his first impression at the front office. I know its a small area so his schedule probably stays busy but having to deal with the EXTREMELY RUDE FRONT DESK isn't worth returning.
