I met with Dr. Hollis for the first time with complaints of a very painful left knee. I found Dr. Hollis to be very professional & he listened closely to me. X-Rays were ordered & it was confirmed that I will probably require surgery sometime in the future but for now I opted for a cortisone inj. & feel good today. I would highly recommend Dr. Hollis to anyone. I was very pleased with his service. Excellent bedside manner. Maureen O'Brien-Hidalgo

This guy is hack stay away from him.He learned surgery from the game operation. Has no idea what he’s doing

Due to his incompetence and misdiagnosis, I suffered unnecessary complications and suffered MAJOR setbacks. Years later, I'm still far from 100%. I'm told that if I didn't seek care from another ortho when I did I likely wouldn't be able to walk at all at this point. Absolutely do not recommend. I'd say you'd be better served seeing a veterinarian but that would be an insult to that profession.

How does one quantify the value of a surgeon who can literally restore a person's ability to function? I came to Steven Hollis by way of my husband's care at Coastal Orthopedics with Dr.s Gandhi and Schepsis. I knew I was on borrowed time with both of my hips failing and decided to start my quest with him. Once I heard about the procedure he engages in (i.e., reattaching tendons to the bone and securing against dislocation BEFORE closing up the patient), I was intrigued by his unconventional approach. And I gambled right; the operation was a complete success every step of the way. Kudos also to the Beverly Hospital staff who followed through with excellent pre & post-operative care. Hands down, Dr. Hollis is the most intelligent, experienced, practically minded medical professional I've ever encountered who exhibits the most gracious bedside manner to his patients at all times. His humility and kind, compassionate nature catapult him beyond just his technical ability to perform… these procedures and reveal a well rounded person who truly cares about the people he is so very capable of helping.

Woke up this morning PAIN FREE !! after a long time.

Hello Dr.Hollis I'm in sever pain the same herniated disc,you repaired fallen again the problems I'm having now not be able control my urine,,allso complete numbness rt.leg lower back and top side of rt leg. Is there a Doctor there for emergency visit in this case.
