Dr. Steven J Resnick, DO

Dr. Resnik gave me a medication to try for migraine. It didn't work, so I called to speak with him and see if we can try something else before my follow up appointment. He does not do phone calls, they were going to check if he can do telemedicine. No one called me back. I called back a week later, they said I have to go in person, that he saw me almost 3 weeks ago (when I initially called he had seen me about a week ago), so I need to go in for a follow up. I said I am also very busy to spend another morning to see him, to try one other medication and then if it doesn't work again have to go see him. He should be able to do also phone consultations in between appts as this is a trial and error approach. They said I can call the other office and see if he'll talk to me. Waited a long time and then they said the doctor does not speak on the phone. I asked to speak to someone to give feedback about my terrible experience, they transferred me, and the call dropped. Do not recommend.

Dr Resnik has an incompetent staff that scheduled incorrect appointments and then blames it on the patient. Then when proved that they made the mistake they say there is nothing they can do about it. Then they try to reschedule but the doctor is out of town for almost 3 weeks. Wasted my time and money for transportation to go to a appt during covid for no reason besides the staff at Dr Resnik’s office doesn’t know how to do their jobs or treat their patients

Very rude and unprofessional physician

Young, smart and enthusiastic. Dr Resnick takes care of my whole family. He has an amazing bedside manner!!!! Recommend highly !!!!

We had a great experience with Dr. Resnick. He is very caring and took his time to listen to my symptoms. He explained to me my diagnosis and took care of the problem. I recommend Dr. Resnick without reservation.

Dr. Resnick is very compassionate Neurologist. I brought my mother with a Neurological Condition to see Dr. Resnick. He took the extra time to answer all my questions. He is very personable. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Resnick and his office.

He was extremely professional and caring. He has an amazing bedside manner. He took the time to listen to me and provide the appropriate treatment. I would recommend Dr. Resnick to anyone who needs a caring Neurologist.

HIS STAFF IS VERY HOSTILE AND USELESS. MAINLY THE GENTLEMEN IN THE OFFICE NAMED IDEAL AND THE ASSISTANT MANAGER INA. THEY ARE RUDE AND VERY DISCOURTESY. THE PLACE WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOU AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU RESULTS. DO NOT USE THIS DR IF YOU WANT HELP. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN. ALSO, YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO THE DR. OVER THE PHONE OR ASK ANY QUESTIONS. BE WARNED. THE DR. WILL NOT RETURN CALLS, AND IF I COULD GIVE HIS STAFF NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD AS THEY ARE EXTREMELY HORRIBLE.
