Doctor Rodrigues told both of my children that "they will grow up to be pretty short". This has greatly upset them and me as well. He needs to think about how he will be interpreted by a child.

Great doctor Great understanding

Our baby is underweight and breastfed. After seeing Dr. Rodrigues the first time, we were told that if our baby didn't gain weight significantly in the next month we may be required to supplement with formula. After seeing the doctor on the follow up visit we were told to immediately pack our bags and go to the childrens hospital. Upon arriving at the hospital we were told that we were going to be in the hospital for at least 3 days while they monitor the baby's weight and we supplement. Something we could have and should have done at home. If the doctor wanted to track weights, he could have asked us to come in daily to track her weight progress. I no longer can possibly trust this doctor's opinion. After all is he going to send me to the ER if our baby has a small scrape on it's leg because he doesn't want to see first if it can be taken care of? I think going to the hospital is a great availability but not something that should be taken advantage of. Not to mention it's stinkin… expensive even with good insurance.
