Dr. Steven Howard Rosenberg, MD

Dr. Rosenberg is a wonderful doctor who cares about his patients. He managed to turn a difficult situation into a more positive situation. His knowledge, skills, and concern for his patients are unparalleled.

I have been with Dr Rosenberg, for a very long time. He has also, given life too my great nieces and nephews! He has Including myself having been saved twice of cancer Diagnoses! This Physician is my hero! His staff of Alcia, Marty Alexus, (Martha retired) are smiling , caring , organized, instructional and will stay with you until the job is complete! They have got their stuff together in many ways. It a joy and a privilege to be cared for in this awesome practice!

Dr Rosenberg is a great doctor. But he also is a straight shooter, he won't beat around the bush. Don't get me wrong, he is kind and caring, but he will come right out and tell you what you need to know. He is very perceptive and knows his patients very well. I hadn't known him very long at all when my whole life fell apart and he immediately picked up on the fact that I was deeply depressed even though my friends and family hadn't. He saved my life. Very skilled and knowledgeable.

This doctor is awesome. He is knowledgable and caring. Yes, he is a super busy doctor, but he really does take time to listen and answer your questions. If you're looking for a doctor that is going to baby you and say yes to everything then he's not the one. But he will give you a straight answer and never steer you in the wrong direction. I love this doctor!

I believe this doctor is skilled and knowledgable; however, communication has been problematic. He prescribed a pill for me to take the night before surgery telling me it would soften my cervix. I woke up at midnight with horrible cramps and spent the rest of the night on the bathroom floor thinking something had gone horribly wrong. I wasn't even sure I would be able to go through with the surgery. I could barely stand up long enough to take a shower. When I looked the drug up on the internet, I saw that when taken vaginally, this drug causes contractions. I was never told this. I went through with the surgery, and at my post-op visit with Dr. Rosenberg I told him about my cramps, and he offered no explanation and no apology. A couple months after the prior incident, Dr. Rosenberg called me with the results of an ultrasoud, which was nice; however, he mentioned I should probably have a cyst removed. When I didn't respond because I was dumbfounded, he insisted, rather rudely,… that we had talked about this "many times" when, in fact, we had never talked about it. He was then in a hurry to get off the phone because he had patients waiting, which I understand, but it was very disturbing to be told, out of the blue, I should have surgery and then not be allowed to ask any questions. I was at work when I received this phone call, and I was very upset for a couple of hours afterward. So although I think he is very skilled, I can't tolerate this kind of bad communication and harshness when it comes to my health, and I may be looking for another doctor. :(

After making my appointment a month and a half in advance for in my opinion serious problems.... I show up to the office in the early morning before my daily schedule. They are always very aggressive when they speak to you and are extremely condescending. I don't know who these people think they are, but they treat you like a piece of trash. Ignoring you to speak to other staff members, and acting like you're wasting their time if you ask anything of them which is THEIR JOB! They said they had an emergency, I simply asked when it was likely I would be seen (since I had prior engagements planned) and she snapped. Telling me she had no idea and had just arrived at the office...30 minutes ago. Dr. Rosenberg himself is too busy to help you. He's a great doctor, friendly, and very intelligent, but forget it if you want someone to sit and act like they have the time to care. For instance when I had a D&C through him, he didn't wait for the anesthesia to kick in, so first off it was the most… painful procedure i've ever been through. The shot of "relaxer" he did give me made me so sick I was in the bathroom by the toilet in the doctor's office and for hours after I got home. To TOP IT OFF...this guy tells me as I'm laying on the table crying DIRECTLY after he's finished, that I can get dressed and come out and make a follow-up appointment. I couldn't even see straight and was shaking let alone try and stand to leave. I asked if I could lay there and have some time and he looked hesitant and extremely annoyed! Total insensitive jerk, that carries out way too many of these types of procedures. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND PAIN AND SEE A DIFFERENT DOCTOR. DON"T GIVE THIS GUY A DIME.

Too bad Dr. Rosenberg's staff are retarded. Your initial appointment takes an act of congress. Your follow up calls never get returned (mishandled), and your questions/messages for the doctor never get answered until you meet him in person. And that's WHEN you're finally on the phone with them... one of them can hardly speak/understand english.. sigh, definitely frustrating dealing with them.

Excellent Doctor ; however, office workers are horrabile !!!!!!

Dr. Rosenberg is a busy guy but worth the wait. You'll understand why he sometimes runs behind schedule when it's your turn to see him. He asks questions and takes the time to really listen to the answers. I've cried in his office more than once when he picked up on something I hadn't realized I needed to talk about. Although I only see him once a year now that I'm done having babies, I still feel like he knows me and genuinely cares about my health.
