Difficult to get an appointment Also staff is unfriendly and rude

Do not go to this man if you have a high risk pregnancy. He is not confident in anything abnormal and frankly was incapable of thinking outside the box when it came to my severe hyperemesis. Then the second an emergency c section was discussed, he shipped me to Toledo anyway. Might as well safe yourself time and energy by finding someone with a backbone. He seems like a nice person, but he's not a very good doctor for anything other than normal gyno procedures.

I started seeing Dr. Smolinski in 2016.i had previously been seeing a gynecologist in Jackson's severe heavy periods that were making me anemic. He kept putting it off saying my insurance wouldn't cover this treatment or that treatment. After my first visit with Dr. Smolinski he put a prior authorization into my insurance for a Morena IUD and I had it put in about a month later and haven't had a period in two years. It's been wonderful and Dr. Smolinski has a great bedside manner.

Dr. Smolinski has a great bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. I came to him after seeing a different GYN in Jackson. I was anemic due to heavy periods. Dr. Smolinski put a prior authorization into my insurance for an IUD and got it approved. My other doctor didn't even try to help me. I highly recommend Dr. Smolinski

Dr. Smolinski took the time to visit and speak to me the day after my surgery. He listened, without interruption, and answered my questions in understandable terminology. Dr. Smolinski thoroughly explained the procedure he had done and his findings during the procedure. He provided the guidelines of expectations in order for my recovery to be successful. Overall, his bedside mannerism is wonderful. Very caring doctor. I would recommend Dr. Smolinski to other women having issues with UFT.
