Dr. Steven Paul Sparagana, MD

This man's (He is unfit to be called a physician) negligence led my son to be transferred from his care. He told me that my son was not having seizures and that a CT wasn't going to do anything, but he would get me one. I replied, "The only thing you can get me is a transfer out of her!" We got to Dallas Children's and they confirmed my son was having seizures from severe dehydration that happened under his colleague, Dr. Adams (a whole other story). This man NEVER did a full neuro exam on my son until I requested a transfer. When he did do the exam. He used his phone because he had no pen light!!!! I regret the day I walked my son in to TSR Hospital. I failed him as a mother and these men failed him as a patient!! My son almost died in the care of this man and Richard Adams. If I had not transferred him out of there and into the ICU at Dallas Children's I wouldn't have my sweet son with me today. He would have died and they would have said it was from "surgical complications" Stay… AWAY from this MAN! He is callus and he does not CARE!!! He needs to retire.

Same as previous poster. We waited 2 hours in the exam room before seeing him. His personality is dry. Should be more upbeat especially when working with children. I see this being a slow process.

We have not had a good experience with Dr. Sparagana at all. We have seen him several times, and we always have to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours past our appointment time to see him. It is super frustrating. When he does come into the exam room, he stays about 10 minutes. I feel like the appointments are completely unproductive and none of my son's issues are adequately addressed in the brief amount of time he actually spends with us. We will be switching practices.

We , myself and my grandson really enjoy Dr Sparagana and the staff. We get treated very well and always see smiles , My grandson has Red Ear Syndrome and it took awhile to diagnose this , from day one Dr Sparagana has always gave us that special treatment , my grandson loves to go see him.
