Wonderful Compassionate Funny

I have never written a review before so I will go down the list of stars. 1. Wait time was minimal. I have been to see Dr. Stoll about ten times and I have never waited longer then a few min. 2. Ease of Appointment - five stars. I can always get a same day or next day appointment. 3. Promptness - five stars. Dr. Stoll comes right in the room a min after the nurse takes my vitals. 4. Courteous Staff - I have never had a bad experience with the staff they speak to me like a friend. When I come in the office they say hello Stephanie. Some of them even ask about my children. 5. Accurate Diagnosis - I had a absences once that appeared on my shoulder out of nowhere. It would not go away. I called Dr. Stoll and was told to come right over. Once I got there it took him about 5 min to see what was wrong and get me on the correct antibiotics and a cream and I was better in 5 days. I love the fact that when I go in for my appointments Dr Stoll either has the most amazing memory I have ever… seen or he reads my chart over before I get there. I have several medical conditions and I love a doctor when I don't have to tell my whole history every time I walk in the door. He already is brushed up on me and ready to get down to business when I come in. 6. Bedside Manner- and Spends Time with Me- I think I already covered these two but if not I would rate a five for both. 7. Follows Up After Visit- I always get a call the day before my next visit which is great. I also must say I had to be referred to an oral surgeon for something and I mentioned that I am afraid of the dentist. I got a phone call two days after I left the office from Dr. Stoll himself asking me if I had made the appointment. Overall I have all great things to say about Dr. Stoll and his staff. I am very happy that I finally found such a great doctor.

This was the best experience at a doctor's office I've ever had. I hardly had to wait to see Dr. Stoll. Dr. Stoll made me feel comfortable and really took the time to listen to me, and he made sure I was well taken care of.

I never write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Dr. Stoll, I had to break my own rule.First things first: He is incredibly smart. I have a family member with a rare disease, that I mentioned while giving my family history, that most doctors can't even pronounce. But not only did Dr. Stoll know what it was, he knew the latest studies on it too. Plus he's very kind and very personable. I never felt rushed or talked down to. He was very thorough, but somehow very efficient too. I would highly, highly recommend this doc.
