I had visited 2 doctors before Dr Weber who tried to treat my pain with injections. Dr. Weber said “ let’s find the cause of the pain and go from there.” After a MRI, he sat with both my husband and me and explained what was going on and a plan if treatment. Although I have not yet had the surgery, I am very comfortable with his plan. I have emailed his staff (Teresa) on several occasions and she always responds quickly and kindly.

I was very nervous about major back surgery. Dr. Weber always made time to discus every detail of my surgery and anything else. He was the essence of a compassionate and talented surgeon. His staff reflects the same caring and professionalism as the good doctor. I was slowly losing my active life to severe lumbar stenosis. At this writing I am only 8 days post op and have recovery and rehab ahead, but the severe back pain and leg weakness are gone. These people are angels.

Team Weber is professional from the first person you call to Dr. Weber himself, they are all committed to your benefit and it shows in their professionalism. They have taken care of me as well as anyone could have from intake and appointment through surgery and follow-up. I would go to no one else, my trust in Dr. Weber's diagnosis is absolute. I was completely disabled for 2 full months. In a span of 2 weeks, my legs were like spaghetti. The day of surgery, I was able to stand and walk. I was so excited that I could stand and walk that they had to remind me, I just had surgery because I wanted to walk all over the hospital. Dr.'s and Team Weber were kind, professional, and they are so good with paperwork and getting you what you needed, when you needed it. I recommend Dr. Weber and his team to anyone who needs back surgery.

I had a big herniated disc that was causing a lot of pain down both my legs. It got so painful that couldn’t do every day tasks, so Dr. Weber and his team worked with me to get me into surgery as soon as possible. Dr. Weber explained what he was planning to do in surgery in a way easy to understand; I met with him the day off, right before my surgery, and explained the procedure again to me. I felt relaxed and trusted his ability 100%.
