Dr. Sudhir M Parikh, MD

This office visit was borderline fraudulent. I came in to have an appointment for my child's allergy test. The office looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a while. A nurse administered the test. After 20 minute, the Dr (Sudhir) came in and he asked the nurse to explain where the test panels are. Sudhir then told me that the tests results could not be interpreted and it is possible that the test wasn't accurately administered, since some water from one testing spot might have spilled over and compromised other spots. We learned NOTHING after this visit, and Sudhir shrugged and told me that that's just how it is. He had terrible bedside manner and it was impossible to understand what he is saying. He goes around in circles in explaining the tests and diagnosis. What a waste of time. How is this guy allowed to practice? Save your time and money, take your business elsewhere.

Came in with severe allergies, the doctor recommended allergy shots. I should have never gone back, due to the fact that they MISSED the fact that I had pneumonia when I first came to them (it was diagnosed by my GP). But I was really desperate to get my allergies fixed. Was a human pin cushion (4 shots 2-3 times a week for about 8 months), with miserable side effects. After the course was over (at a $40 copay every 2-3 weeks for 8 months), I was told that allergy shots don't usually work for women in my age group! AND they didnt test me for all of the possible allergens, so I still don't know all of the things Im actually allergic too so I can avoid them. Have to go to a different allergy doctor to find out.

I been around that place for years. Dr Parkin was a very generous nice man until he hired that lil rat face lady that think she is a manager. After she got rid of people to slide herself in it was like a tsunami up in there. She plays innocent /nice to get close to her then she slanders your name to other co workers especially all your personal business. Dr Parikh better watch out for her. SHES GONNA MAKE HIS WHOLE EMPIRE GO DOWN!!!! Her whole staff that she bought in put everything out there about all her ways at her previous practice. what does she manage there? All she does is harass her staff, and try to have them walking on pins and needles. She gets paid for nothing. SMH She came in there and laid off /fired hard workers who was there for years just to make herself feel like the rat she is and hired her friends and family who also handles the janitorial services . They are making a lot of dollars off of this. Dr Parikh get her out of there now she is nothing but… trouble....... The overall rating is despicable to unethical management skills !!!

I had a very good experience with Dr. Parikh and his staff. The staff was very courteous. Dr. Parikh was very thorough in his examination. He made me feel very comfortable and his diagnosis was on point. He prescribed the proper medication and within days I was back to my old self. Feel great.

That was the worst experience at a doctorâ??s office Iâ??ve ever had. I went in with a severe rash on my neck from a specific necklace I made out of beads from Costa Rica. The rash was in the same place as the specific wooden beads. I also was just getting over a cold, but when I went in, I was told to breath into a tube three times (with no explanation or discussion). I was scolded for not blowing harder, even though I informed them of my cold. They then printed â??resultsâ?? but did not explain anything to me. I later found out I would be billed for this (and insurance doesnâ??t cover it) even though I didnâ??t need it and didnâ??t want it. There was a nurse and nurse practitioner who took my history. The doctor was then called in, but I heard him in the hall asking if they asked about my symptoms. They didnâ??t get the details, so he said they should come back in and do that. Once they did that, he came in the room. He then looked at the sheet they had taken notes and… didnâ??t once look at my rash for more than a second (never up close). He said it was clearly a contact allergy and it must be from nickel, but weâ??ll do some tests. I told him there was no nickel in the necklace, because I made it. He pointed to the clasp, even though I did not react where the clasp sat on my neck. He said the nurse would administer a steroid shot, do a patch test, and give me a new cream. I had gotten a prescription cream from another doctor since I was having an emergency rash. He said he would give a different one, but offered no explanation as to why I should switch medications or what the advantage was. He told me to come back in 48 and then 72 hours. He left before I could ask any questions. I was then rushed to a different room and was given a steroid shot. They didnâ??t tell me what specifically the shot was. Although I am typically good with shots, I was given no warning, so I flinched. The nurse said, â??you canâ??t do that! You need to stay still and this is going to hurt.â?? She then immediately started the patch test. It was all too quick for me to ask any questions and when I tried I was told that it was what the doctor said to do. I was then told I was done and was not given the prescription for a new cream. I wandered down the hall and asked a nurse, â??wasnâ??t I supposed to get a prescription for a cream?â?? She checked with the doctor in the other room, and then said sheâ??d get it for me. Once I got home and absorbed what happened, I called the doctorâ??s office and asked to speak with the doctor. Instead, after a few minutes the nurse got on the phone. I asked her why I would be given a patch test and a cortisone shot? Wouldnâ??t the cortisone prevent the patch test from working? She said that the doctor did that sometimes and it was fine, but offered no further explanation. I also wanted to know what steroid shot I was given since I was never given a name. She said she wasnâ??t sure and couldnâ??t remember the name. After feeling extremely uncomfortable with the appointment and not wanting to go back to that doctor, I had my husband remove the patch test from my back. I will have to go to another doctor because that doctor and his office was terrible.

Never go to this doctor....He will make your life miserable..

I would suggest...keep away from this doctor and his several offices & centers accross New Jersey/Ny area. Their practice is to mislead the patients & charge the insurance companies for the services never provided to patients. If I had the opportunity to review this doctor less than a *, I would have given a big "0" on review. Beware! He will inject mineral water instead of $500 injection (He charges to your insurance company) & instead of asking you"How do you feel" next morning, he will make a statement "You look much better now" next morning! Strange! but beware! He will make you more sick than ever with foul practices & he will never take care of your disease but certainly empty your pockets.

The office manager abuses the staff and patients that call. That's my opinion. Dr. Parikh should consider replacing her.

Overall experience was just like any other doctor's office you wait your turn and hopefully understand the findings of our problems...Some of the Doctors I seen are wonderful and very knowledgeable and courteous. As for the nurses and front desk all are wonderful...

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM, COURTESY AND BEDSIDE MANNER OFTHE PHYSICIAN AND HIS STAFF
