During my last annual visit she rushed me through questions about my recent history even though they were topics that could have used some discussion. She said something like - "You're fine now, right?" There was a distinct lack of caring on her part. When I needed the office to respond promptly to a serious problem I was having the response took days - twice. Completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to the practice.

I had an appointment for 3:00 p.m. with Dr. Ray and she was running two hours behind schedule. So, I sat and waited, at no point did anyone tell me she was running behind. So, at 5:15 p.m., I decided to leave because I was tired of waiting. When I tried to make another appointment, the nurse informed me that Dr. Ray would not see me because I did not show up for my 3:00 p.m. This is totally unacceptable. I know because I am a doctor.

My 70 year old old mother called to make an appointment because she was having complications with her diabetes. One of the staff members informed her that they could not see her until 4 weeks later. She told them it was an emergency, then she replied Dr. Ray will tell you yo just go to the emergency room. They no concern or empathy for her well being. She needs to train her staff way better, Because she will be losing s lot of patients.

Doctor Ray is my mother primary care physician. Every time I call there is a voice message to leave a message and expect a call back on the next hour or next day. Though a call is returned, people work schedule doesn't accommodate this practice. If you need immediate assistance, schedule an appointment or need information you are out of luck. This way of practice is outrageous. Insurance claims are being filed so I expect an office operate professionally. Seems like she's skimming services for more profit. I'm removing my mother from this practice. Nothing will change until she realizes paying patients will not accept this behavior. Patients pay her salary. This is poor and unethical practices. I am reporting this behavior to the Medical Board and insurance company.

I am a 66 year old patient and out of all of the doctors that I have seen in my lifetime she is the worst she does not care about her patients she does not listen to you she acts as if she cannot put her hands on you she always has a dis concerning non caring attitude when you visit her no compassion whatsoever for her patients

Called several time to schedule an appointment but no answer. After several attempts I decided to leave a message stating the need to schedule an appointment after a ER visit. Was at ER with blood pressure at 200/100. Two weeks past and no return call. Now out of Meds for bp. I decided to go to the office to informed them of my complaint and of course they say they had not received any message. My concern was that Dr. Ray would not fill my HTN medication until I see her. Now my appointment is scheduled for about week out (next available) and still Dr. S. RAY will not allow for any refills. Bp is high and now seeking alternative solution to lower bp until next appointment. Im a social worker that is considered unlike Dr. Ray. This my experience.

She didnt seem like she was really into me and my medical concerns. There was rarely any eye contact and I didnt feel a connection with her. When she would speak, I had a difficult time trying to understand her because of her accent. She seemed cold and unfriendly.

It's almost like they don't care about you

She was the first doctor who did not dismiss my complaints as "growing pains" or "phantom pains". She fully assessed and referred me to a variety of specialists who would further address my exact concerns. Thanks to her I have had several successful surgeries, that without her, would have been detrimental to my health had I waited longer. Unlike some doctors that will have nurses call with test results, she called me personally to deliver my news.
