Dr. Sumi Theresa Felix, MD

I have been treated by Dr. Sumi Felix several times,and I have been so pleased with my appointments that I felt I had to write a review. From the first moment of entering her office I have always been treated extremely well.The office staff, from the receptionist in front,to the staff in the back office are all very helpful and friendly. I am always seen by Dr Felix within 5-10 minutes of signing in at the front office. Dr Felix is a very kind,compassionate,and knowledgeable Doctor.She take time to discuss the results of your examination and explains everything until she is sure that the patient understands the results. I know several other patient's of Dr. Felix and they all feel the same as I.We are very fortunate to have a Physician of Dr Felix's quality here in Pomona. Most Physicians are knowledgeable of course but not all have the same wonderful attributes of Dr Felix. Thank you Dr. Sumi Felix and Staff. Lynn Pizzoli

There is gives very poor services. Sends you to wrong places. I had a necklace that I took off. Walk out the room let them know my necklace was in there...it was already GONE! Make appointments for eye doctor ...don't verify insurance until you get there so your waiting 20-30mins to hear you can't see md. Poor Poor Poor staff.. cannot answer no questions because they are lost.
