Left her practice after she showed up more than two hours late for my appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Baldassari’s for years and have only seen her a handful of times. When I did, she was very friendly. I have really no complaints with the doctor. However, the office staff is very rude, particularly the office manager. She is a pretty miserable person to have to talk to. I used to be able to tolerate it, however it has gotten to be unbearable. The last time I was in the office there was much confusion regarding my insurance, even though the office manager had my insurance card and all the necessary information. I wrote a check for a $35 copay. Several months later I received a call from said miserable office manager saying I owe the office $20 and something about how the claim was not resubmited (which I don’t understand because that’s not my responsibility). I tried to call to inquire about this message that was left on my phone and I never heard back from the office. I also received a reminder to call and make an appointment. When I did call to schedule,… I called a total of 5 times. I received the answering machine on each attempt and could not connect with office staff. On the fifth attempt, I left a message indicating that I would like to make an appointment but can not get through to staff and to please call me back. Again, I never heard back. Furthermore, every time I have been in the office I have had an extremely long wait with no one else waiting in the waiting room. I am not a doctor but I work in healthcare. I am not one to usually complain or write reviews but I am completely unsatisfied with this office and frankly ashamed in the way this office treats its patients.

I had my prior PC doc transfer my files to Baldassari's office. I had to wait 3 months for an appointment ("so she will have time to meet with the new patient and review the records"). Although I arrived early and saw no one else in the waiting room, I waited way past my scheduled time to be called in and I got no explanation or apology. I did not see the doctor. A friendly "assistant" took history (said they had no records), checked BP & EKG (never had heart issues but "doctor likes to check that") and she told me the doctor would be right in & would do a skin check. About 10 minutes later, the RN comes in and starts from scratch with history, meds, etc. She was unfamiliar with the ramifications of a certain genetic condition I have and suggested several medications that are contraindicated. She again claims nothing was sent to them, does not do the skin check, gives me an order for blood work and says the doctor will probably see me next time (in 3 more months). As I'm… dressing, RN barges back in with EKG printout & says the doctor checked it & it's fine (as I expected it would be). Apparently, the doctor was in but too busy to see me. As I was walking out, RN announced they just found my records (that had been sent a couple months ago).

Most of the time when I go, I see a nurse and not the dr. I have many things wrong with me and when I tell her my symptoms she glosses over them and sometimes ignores me. I have to press her for an answer.Her receptionist is a very nosy person- hasn't she ever heard of HIPPA? Can't stand the woman.

Dr Baldassari is the best, but the office manager is very ignorant. I'm looking to go elsewhere simply because of her.

I've gone to Dr Baldassari for years and she is an excellent Physician. My son and brother are patients as well. Great bedside manner takes time with the patients and is very proactive! Smaller office much more personal and caring! I would highly recommend her!

Does a great job. Always listens. Small office so they know their patients.
