Dr Dean and her staff were extremely nice and courteous to the needs of the patient. She makes you feel very comfortable during the procedure. I would have no problem recommending her.

I liked Dr. Dean and was happy with my procedure. But her front desk help is terrible!

I get consistent, beautiful results(Botox injections) from the skilled hands of Dr. Dean!

All I can say is I have Major issues, Surgery, staph infections, Monofilament found Lose in my stomach numerous times. I been walking around with a wound vac for a Month already. The present Dr I've been going to hopefully has fixed this on going issue I have had 4 years now. I'm Gathering all my eggs in a basket and going after her And I know others that had he same issues as we'll. Hope you have Big MedMal Insurance Dr.

Dr. Dean is the best doctor you could imagine. She listens. She's an expert. She's a woman so she knows from the inside out. You'll never have to worry about being the outcome. You're not going to look like an alien. You will get the results you want.

I spoke to this Doctor and I would not recommend her to anyone.. very rude and very cold when it comes to patients. Not a very friendly lady.

I had breast reduction surgery in 2011. It takes an act of God to get insurance approval so you want to make sure it is done correct. I asked to be a certain size which she agreed to. She made me 2 sizes larger than I asked form. Very dissapointing. I cannot even go back since she has since moved to Alaska. She moved within the first month of my surgery. Extremely dissapointing and frustrating!

Dr Dean gave her patients only about 30 days notice before moving to Alaska! Not too good!

Dr. Susan Dean has been my plastic surgeon since 2007. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2004 which left excess skin all over. Dr. Dean did a total of 4 major surgeries for me from my neck to knees. Tummy tuck, Thigh lift (both thighs), Arm lift (yes both arms) and Breast lift (you guessed it, both breasts!) Dr. Dean was fantastic in tightening, removing, lifting and making me look normal again! Clothes fit like they are supposed to again! As with any surgery there are scars, but the scars are MUCH better than the hanging skin! Dr. Dean was wonderful, she personally called to check on me at home after each surgery. I had (drainage problems) which was due to my crazy body, not anything she did, but she was wonderful in seeing me when I called. She is a very caring doctor that honestly does what is right for her patients. Her staff was always warm and caring. They treat you as if you were the only patient, undivided attention! Before deciding to have such extensive work done, I… went to 4 plastic surgeons to get their advice, meet them and make sure everyone was telling me the same game plan. Dr. Dean was not the cheapest ( YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!) BUT she was by far the best choice! Her experience, her personality, and up front honesty is what made the decision for me. For me, Dr. Dean is my savior! She gave me my life back by giving me a body that I can live in happily once again. If you read this and are considering Dr. Dean ask her about a certain patient in North Carolina that she did alot of work on. Dr. Dean Is Wonderful, I dont know what these Other People are talking about, I had 2 procedures done with her, The first one Had some Issues BC I gotten a Virus, and Retained Fluid, But Dr.Dean was Right there and Made me come in a few times a week to check it & Called numerous times to see how I felt.The 2nd one, was also Good, I myself should have discussed alittle More Detail, So I aiming to get it Redone, they been Most helpful with Getting approved my My Insurance which she also Participates in, Its Just taking some time.But Overall she is a Very Caring Dr.and I would do it all Over with her.
