Dr. Susan Theresa Iannaccone, MD

we were actively being seen by medical professionals in Dr. Iannaccone's office for 5 hours on our visit. We had pulmonology testing, an EKG, a PT and OT talked to us, met with a fellow for an hour of questioning, all to have 5 minutes with Dr. Iannaccone. Her demeanor was cold. She was rude about our son's feeding tube asking, in a rude and most unprofessional way, "what is this ha Gi g out of his shirt" (you would think a pediatrics doctor would be more kind). We had been there 5 hours, he needed to eat. She walked in and the entire mood changed. She gave us no direction, no help, and said, "it is his Autism,". Every other doctor we have completely disagrees. His symptoms aren't even on comorbidity list of Autism much less as symptoms. She blew him off completely and wasted our time. Even her own fellow disagreed with her.

Dr. Iannaccone spent all of 5 minutes with us. She sent in her med student who spent 20 to 30 minutes with us getting background info and doing all the testing. She came in took one look at us and said nothing was wrong and basically to have a nice life. She was arrogant, rude and didn't really care about us as a patient or family. She answered two of our questions with one word answers and ignored the rest. I would highly recommend finding another doctor.

our process has been long but we appreciate Dr. Iannaccone's diligence in finding the right diagnosis for our son. Although having MD is going to be our "new normal" I know that we have the absolute best dr. and staff supporting us.
