Dr. Susan Joy Novak, PhD

Run from this 'supposed' doctor. She doesn't know even the most basics of talking with people, forget that that's her chosen field. Stood me up on our 1st appt., said it was because she needed my paperwork to be filled out. She finally called after I texted her that I was waiting in her office. I'd taken the completed paperwork to her office and had it put on her desk 10 days prior AND informed her of such via 'her chosen' form of communication - text! Then she said that she 'forgot' to tell me that our appt. was virtual and that she couldn't remember me because she dealt with 50 people a week! Talk about making you and your health feel important to her!!!

I saw her for therapy. She insulted me a couple of time (though not on purpose). I felt more insecure after that.

When I started feeling better, Dr. Novak seemed oddly upset about it and tried to insist that I was still depressed. Not exactly what I'm looking for in a therapist.
