Dr. Susan Park

Dr. Park was the physician who picked up my indications of prostate cancer and referred me to a top line urologist. She always had time to discuss conditions and treatments with me whenever I saw her.

I've lived in DC for the past 10 years and Dr Park was the first doctor that spent the time to get to know me and understand my medical concerns. She's an excellent doctor!

If I could give no stars, I would. She is simply rude, uncaring and ignorant. She should remember that patients pay her for healthcare, not rude commentary.

Will not see Dr. Park at this office again. She was sarcastic, rude, and late. She made faces and smirks, did not look me in the eyes, and was very unprofessional.

The doctors are nice but that is it. Don't bother if you are sick. If you have a sinus infection and are coughing up infectious "stuff" you will have to suffer for two weeks and come back before they will prescribe something. They enjoy having the extra co-pays. Even if you have a history of pneumonia and bronchitis. Go to CVS buy $50 of pills the doctor suggest to help with the pain and wait to get worse. They act like I have not been going there for the last four years. They ask questions like you are a new patient. Hello, I was here two weeks ago. I know it sounds like a rant but people need to know. I have a history of bronchitis and pneumonia and they treat me like I am faking it.

Our entire family goes to Dr Park. She is the best! My kids feel at ease with her. She is knowledgeable and efficient. has a great bed-side manner. She has keen insight and creative solutions -- not quick to use drugs to solve an issue.

When I went to Dr Park for a physical, the nurse asked me some survey questions. When Dr. Park entered the room, before I could say a word, she announced, "We're not going to have time to deal with all your issues today." (Isn't that what a physical is for???). Then she proceeded to ask me a bunch of demographic questions (did I wear sunscreen, etc.). Have never had such a cursory physical (15 minutes). Does not return phone calls. Had to call and call to get lab results. Don't think she likes treating older patients. Would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Park does not have any people skills. When she first walked into the room, she made it known she was already irritable and moody.

What a waste of my time! The whole time I am explaining my chronic sysmptoms she is nodding and smirking. I felt rushed and could not even tell her about my symtoms before she was out the door.

I have been seeing Dr. Park for about two years now, after many year of bouncing around from one doctor to the next. I love that she listens before making judgements, that I feel I can talk openly, that she seems to remember me when I come in and that she is very geniuine. When I am there I feel that I am her only patient that day.
