Unfortunately, we did not get to see this doctor at all. After a few weeks of calling to get an appointment and no return phone calls by the office staff to schedule the appointment, we finally got their attention by speaking with the office manager. The person responsible for making the appointments lied to the manager and argued with us about making the appointment. The office has a policy between physicians that you can not see another doctor in their practice without permission from the previous doctor. This never happened as they refused to make an appointment with the other specialist who was recommended by another colleague. The office staff had the nerve to call that colleague to tell us that we needed to comply with their ridiculous policy. This policy infringes on a patients rights to choose their physicians. We ended up cancelling the appointment, we did not want any part of a practice who does not listen to their patients or careless about their wishes.

I cannot speak highly enough for this physician. I have been her patient for 14 years and am very grateful to be so. I am now elderly and live some distance away but she is worth hiring someone to drive me. The staff is excellent also. As above so below!
