Dr. Suzanna Chatterjee, MD

I’ve been seeing Dr.Chatterjee for several years. I always felt like she was detached and kind of arrogant. However, I over looked the bedside manner issues and continued to see her. BIG Mistake. I left her office crying one after noon because she was combative with me. She also acted like she didn’t understand anything that was going on with me. She acted like my husband and I had only been trying for a few months when we have actually been trying for 10 months. She didn’t understand why I had break through bleeding after she operated on me. After I disclosed to her post surgery that I continued to break through bleed. IVE BEEN BLEEDING ON AND OFF FOR A YEAR! I tried to remind her everything we had done in the past year including a surgery and she seemed puzzled and confused. I left the appointment in tears and more confused than when I walked in. Come to find out they had my profile mixed up with another patient and she thought I was someone else. Meaning she really had no idea who… I was or what I was going through. It was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE and I feel like I’ve been wasting my time because she doesn’t even know who I am and it’s obvious that she doesn’t care to know who I am. However, you would think that this piece of information would be helpful when treating a patient. Would not recommend EVER.

I had come in with questions regarding birth control. She immediately helped me find something that worked for me, and ended up having the procedure done in office. She was thorough, and answered every question. It was slightly painful as there was a minor difficulty but she does the best she can considering Russellville OB/GYN is always busy.

She is amazing. She was super helpful during my pregnancy. She always wanted the best for not only myself, but as well as my baby.

Chatterjee has an air of arrogance that is really off putting. She is also rough and a bit detached. Do not recommend.

I had to wait over an hour to be seen, and when she got to me she was in a hurry. She said she would call me with some results and never did. I had to call her.

Switching to a new Gyn is never fun, but Dr Chatterjee was so nice and kind that she put me right at ease. Answered all of my questions and got me in and out quickly. Was actually a pleasant visit, too bad I am done having children, I would have loved to have her as my OB!

She made me feel really comfortable and answered all of my questions.
