Dr. Suzzette Nadine Robinson, MD

Dr. Robinson has been my ob/gyn for the past 3 years. She delivered both of my children and has great bedside manner. Her staff are really nice and do a great job making sure to communicate effectively and in a caring manner. I feel very comfortable and know that I am under great care with this doctor.

I went to Dr. Robinson on a few occasions in an effort to give her a fair chance, and due to the violation of my HIPPA rights by her staff by disclosing my test results to a family member, and then charging me for an office visit months after, when they requested my insurance information on the phone when booking the appointment and then taking a copy of the card on the visit and the visit after, I had issues with the office. The Dr to me dropped the ball when she was made aware of these issues, and did nothing to rectify the situation or even apologize, and her manor when dealing with my medical issues that would have required sensitivity was lacking, to say the least. Needless to say, I rectified the office visit issue with the office manager 6 months later, and then received a bill 2years later.

Dr. Refused to take a patient because the patient has a GYN problem !!!!!!!. Isn't she a GYN Doctor. Her office called and canceled the appointment for the above reason

During my pregnancy Dr Robinson requested lot of medical tests that surprisingly were treated as â??experimentalâ?? and not standard by my insurance. I am 100% healthy,my pregnancy was going without any issue,no history of diseases in family etc,so there was no reason for conducting those exams. In fact without any explanation or warning that the procedure may go beyond the standard. Currently I am not even able to prepare an appeal and get my medical records from her office. Total lack of response.

The experience there was the worst. Dr Robinson child and husband are in the office. I was getting my blood draw and her child was right there. I had to ask her a question and her husband was right there. So uncomfortable, so what our clients have been saying about her is correct. She maybe a good doctor but the overall experience is not a good one.

Dr. Robinsin does not listen. I complained about a curious symptom and was told I was fine and to stop worrying. Guess what? Turns out I had blood clots in my lungs and almoalmost the entire left side of my body after my c-sectiion. If your doctor is dismissive, GET A SECOND OPINION. I didn't and I almost paid with my life.
