Dr. Syamala K Naroji, MD

I delivered my 2nd baby with Dr. Syamala Naroji 8 years ago when we moved to Virginia. Recently I had a Laparoscopic Hysterectomy with her that went very well. Initially I read lots of complications associated to this surgery online that scared me a lot. But she was very informative with all the options.I healed very well within few weeks and back to normal life. She is talented, kind, thoughtful, super intelligent, and compassionate. I can't thank her enough for helping me have such an amazing experience. She is always to the Point does not beat around the bushes nor waste time or scare patients with providing unnecessary information. I see some negative reviews related to her staff, I never had any bad experience and We are visiting the doctor who is talented. Everything else should not matter. I highly recommend her to everyone as their OB GYN as well.

I don’t care what anyone says about Dr. Naroji she is the best doctor in the DMV. She delivered both of my children when I was 16 and 20 years old. She was even there for me when I had a miscarriage. She delivered all my friends babies as well. Back in the 90’s and early 2000’s Dr. Naroji delivered more babies than you can count. She dedicated here entire life to us (community) and put her on family on the back burner for us. She slept in her car and in the hospital to ensure we were ok instead of leaving our side. For those who only know her a short time and was just passing through her office don’t know her at all. She’s a great doctor, and friend. The world needs more doctors like her. I haven’t seen her in a longtime but she came to me in my dream this morning after 27 years. God bless her.

I never seen a staff like this in my life and they are so irresponsible and ready to blame others. they are doing business with the patients and fit to work at stores not at hospitals.

My experience with her is really bad. I was referred by her to Fair Oaks Imaging for the 20 week ultrasound during my pregnancy. Never paid to the ultrasound report. Failed to detect Birth defect of my baby. I was always told that everything was perfect. She has huge number of patients and does not have time to pay any focus on patients and their conditions. Its high time for her to quit this profession. Totally unfit to be a doctor.

This doctor told my husband that I had cancer and never bothered to tell me after surgery and to this day has not spoken to me.

1st of all Doctor is not aware of what is the meaning of her profession....She has to go back and learn what is meaning of Doctor...? She is not loyal to her profession, she is only there to miss lead her patients and pass false statements, There is no professionalism at her place....pathetic doctor i have ever came cross in my whole life. I used to think staff is only rude but when i interact with doctor she has the same attitude even worst!!! There is a huge communication Gap between Doc and a patient, For her all the issues are no issues, She kept all stuff secretive . Now coming to the staff.....they don't know even how to talk with patient they think that they are most busiest person in this world and try to look busy for no good reason!!!!! and on top of every thing they are liars ,fraud and very very rude....uffffffff

V rude staff mean n stupid I dont recommend any1 to go to them

delivered my first baby boy, excellent, was off, said i still had a couple of weeks left of the pregnancy, i was induced, baby was born at 39 weeks, dr. did an amazing job even though she was off by a couple of weeks, always looked forward to each appointment. Was absent once, but it was because another patient had delivered, very caring for her patients.

I went in for routine pre-natal check ups and every time was not given information to what tests were being done, she didn't listen to the fact that I was sick, she never prescribed any kind of anti nausea medicine. Her staff was very rude, and when calling in said everyone goes through that in pregnancy it isn't important. If you want a staff that actually cares about you and your pregnancy do not go here.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. The staff there is non caring and rude. The office is dirty and clearly needs to be repainted. That is nothing compared to the level of care that is offered. I went there because of lower abdominal pains and never ending menstrual cycles. She didn't ask me any questions; just going off of the sheet I had filled out in the waiting room. She did an exam a d sent me to get an ultrasound. A week later she called to tell me nothing was wrong that everything was normal. I told her I was not normal and that something was going on inside my body that may not show up on an ultrasound. All she kept saying was that the test were normal and she didn't know what to tell me. Frustrated, I made an appt with Dr. Debrynski in Fairfax, a recommendation from a friend. She asked me tons of questions and sent off for blood tests and all other tests and x rays. She found that I had policystic ovarian syndrome. Dr naroji would have never found this… because she does not take the time to thoroughly examine her patients and think outside the box. This also shows in her office staff.
