Dr. Taaran Cariappa Ballachanda Subbaiah, MD

Dr. Taaran Cariappa Ballachanda Subbaiah is a board-certified pulmonologist and critical care medicine specialist who focuses on treating complex lung conditions and providing intensive care for critically ill patients. He completed his residency at Creighton University in 2017 and advanced his training through a fellowship at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, finishing in 2020. Dr. Subbaiah holds certifications in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is fluent in both Bulgarian and English.

Dr. Subbaiah practices at Hackensack University Medical Center and the HMH Pulmonary Academic Practice in Hackensack, New Jersey. His expertise includes treating chronic lung disease and COPD, helping patients manage these long-term respiratory conditions.
