Dr. Tackson Tam

I’ve been to many doctors, by Dr. Tam is one of the worst yet. Horrible bedside manner wherein he barely acknowledged me, had no idea what some of the medical terms were (seriously?!), failed to review my MRI & St. Joseph’s patient stay & discharge notes (see an ENT & Neurologist), did not examine me & wanted to send me to physical therapy without a diagnosis as to what’s causing my symptoms. Front office seemed awesome on the phone... In person, they told me wait times for appointments were months out & go to urgent care if I had any problems. Dr. Tam basically acted as middle man for insurance authorizations. If you want to feel dejected & hopeless when you’re already feeling horrible from an illness still yet to be named, go see him! I will not go back to this office. St. Joseph’s of Orange should be ashamed of doctors they affiliate with.

A caring doctor with excellent bedside manner

Dr. Tam has been our family's primary physician for many years. We have always appreciated his professional care and sincere personal concern. We would not hesitate to recommend this fine doctor, who still has the qualities of what atrusted family doctor should always be.

Excellent Doctor! Would highly recommend. He cares about his patients and it shows. His diagnosis has always been on target! He is willing to listen to his patients concerns and is a quiet genuis. Love this doctor!

Dr. Tam has been my Primary Care Physician for several years. He's a wonderful doctor who exhibits professionalism, caring, concern for all aspects of my health, and knowledge of the latest research in health care. He explains everything very clearly, he answers all my questions, and he listens! I would never consider changing doctors, in fact, I would recommend Dr. Tam to anyone who is seeking a quality health care professional to serve their needs.
