As My prescription ran out my pharmacist called the Dr office to get a re-fill. there was No answer or call back. So I called the office and the staff told me they would convey the message. I never heard back. After a third try I just gave up and found a new Doctor.

Dr. Sobhy is a great physician my family and I have been going to him for a few years now. He is very professional and takes time with each patient, we never feel rushed or that we are not being taken seriously. However, is office staff are horrible. The individuals who answer the phone have no phone etiquette or manners. I have referred several people to his practice who refused to go after speaking with his staff.

In short, one of the best doctors I have ever been to. Very pleasant to deal with. Now to the detail, the nurse (i think Kim) initially took all the vitals and did a thorough job of examining me which i liked which means they were concerned about my health and not just handed over a sheet for me to fill for formality. The doctor heard whatever I said patiently (i like telling things right from scratch to avoid missing anything) and suggested some medications which I hope will work as I have still not taken them. He also explained and questioned the nurse (interactively) which helped me understand the issue better. Last but not the least, i have been to the Dr. once before (atleast a year before current visit) for my mother who came here on vacation and he treated her in that instance. He recalled everything about that incident and finally asked to convey his regards to her (who is in India). Wow that was great for me..

Very rude. The last visit i ever made with him; he stuck a needle in my sons leg with no explanation what it was or even acknowledging I was there. He than walked out the room and I was unsure if he was coming back, he did not return.

I enjoy coming to see Dr. Sobhy because he is kind and caring. He always converses with me as an individual, not just a patient. He is genuine in his concerns and his advice.
