Dr. Tan Cao is a neurologist and psychiatrist with 53 years of clinical experience treating conditions affecting the brain and nervous system. He earned his medical degree from the Medical & Pharmaceutical University of Vietnam and completed his residency training at St Elizabeth Hospital.
