His receptionists are polite at best. There scheduling is horrible, the will reschedule you within 3 days of your appointment, then say only two more weeks. The nurses are fair, don't display much empathy for the patients and or their concerns. And if you need to know anything besides the ear, nose, or throat, don't ask Dr. Nguyen, he has no idea.

Going to miss you soon much, but you're awesome to serve the V.A. You're the best ENT in the RGV and it will be hard to find someone who even comes close.

Dr. Nguyen actually takes the time to answer questions! I have had approx. 7 visits with him regarding my son. Being an overly concerned Mom, I bombarded him with questions, and he always patiently and kindly answered every one of my concerns. Exceptional doctor!

Office staff are not as patient as the Dr. Delays in getting information for pre surgery. Clerk did not have paperwork ready when patient arrived.
