Dr. Eugene Scott Mackie, MD

My daughter and I have both been patients and appreciate his care, memory, and concern. Do not mistaken what for some may look like lack of care or impatience...because this man does care, will give you his time and attention and will go above and beyond to treat you, will tell it like it is but won't be like other doctors that first focus on your insurance then extend your treatment to just bill you. He is old school but if you trust his expertise before judging first, you will appreciate his care because he is one of the few and rare doctors that care for curing and helping patients first, not unnecessary treatment or procedures like you'd find everywhere else nowadays.

9:20 apt, but waited almost 2 1/2 hours. He was very nice but rushed. I had questions but there was no time to ask, he rushed me into a hearing test and said I need a hearing aid. Pain in the ear was never even discussed nor was the severe tinnitus I am experiencing. I then was told the audiologist would be contacting me. S\he never did. I now need to find another ENT as the pain is persisting.

Horrible service, very unprofessional staff. They make you wait for hours, don't call to remind on appointment date and time and constantly reschedule appointment without informing you first. Never would I recommend this doctor to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr Mackie for over 13 years. Dr Mackie spends as much time as needed to help every patient comprehend their condition. While the waiting time my be long, it is well worth the wait.
