Bad experience with Dr. El-Sawy who performed a botched-up eye filler on me and took no responsibility for his mistake. My appearance has been forever ruined. BEWARE before going under his needles

First, I needed to have a Chalazion removed and Spectrum Eye was able to squeeze me in that week to have the surgery performed. That alone was incredible. Now, I am very squeamish when it comes to anything eye related, so I was extremely nervous about the procedure as it needed to be performed on this inside of the eyelid, and I was going to be awake for all of it. When Dr. El-Sawy and I chatted and he observed my apprehension about it, his blend of humor and professionalism somehow put me at ease. The surgery was quick and close to painless (a little pressure but that's part of it I guess). I had to return two weeks later, as I was concerned there was still some of the buildup lingering. He quickly confirmed there wasn't and that I should heal fully. He refunded my co-pay as I was in the office chat for maybe 2 minutes. Highly recommend Dr. El-Sawy for any eyelid issues you may have. Took the time to go over every step, to keep us at ease. Our son has been diagnosed with a rare genetic disease , which only a handful of doctors have treated. Dr. El Sawy, did a magnificent surgery on our son. He is a true professional and we highly recommend him.
