Dr. Mardam-Bey did my surgery 43 years ago and was best orthopedic doctor Mount Sinai had ! He was polite and attentive to your needs. He took care of aunt when she had accident! I was sad that he retired!

Do not go to this Dr. office. Terrible and the staff is the worst.

Our experience there was horrific. While we had health insurance ( united healthcare) they refused to let the dr see our son until we paid cash for the entire consultation. They said we will have to talk to health insurance company to get reimbursed for the visit. We were not informed by this policy before we made the apt or during the reminder call. They only accept cash or check. So they made us wait for an hour until we were able to scramble to get the cash to pay for the entire consultation before dr agreed to see us. This is unacceptable and unbelievable. Such dr that are only money greedy and driven should be all shut down

This office does not go out of their way to service their patients. This pompous doc is rude and instructs his staff to behave the same way. Likelihood is you'll be treated like a second class citizen here. You can do better.

Dr. Mardam-Bey is absolutely fantastic. We've seen him multiple times. He has been great with each of my boys.

This doctor operated on me 33 years ago. He is kind and compassionate. I've had no problems with my spine since he performed my spinal surgery with a h Harrington rod. I'm still grateful to him after all these years. When I recently contacted him about my daughter, he responded promptly and kindly.

This doctor was the worst doctor I have ever been to! Terrible bedside manner - very disinterested - abrupt, rude and misdiagnosed, wasting 2 months of treatment/healing. The reason you can quickly see him is probably because no one else wants to!!! Go to someone else. He shouldn't be a doctor. He doesn't care about people

My daughter had to have emergency surgery while we were in NYC. We are from Upstate NY and visiting when she broke her hip. I have worked in healthcare for years, even in the operating room. I have never met a more courteous, kind surgeon. His bedisde manner as well as manner in the o.r. as I was allowed to go in until she was asleep was remarkable.The entire team that worked on her was amazing. I cannot thank them enough for the ease they put her in and the professionalism dealing with me. I could not have asked for a better experience.
