Go see Dr. Schottenstein instead. Was not happy with my appointment. He just wanted to rush me to do surgery. Dr. Schottenstein gave me a week of medication and it fixed my issue.

Rude and seemed disheveled. I am sad my primary doctor referred me to him

From the first visit to Dr Al Farra, he was very gracious with a welcoming smile that reassured me in spite of a strong pain I was experiencing. He listened intently, asked questions focused on the location of the pain. He answered every question I had and explained in details the condition and symptoms I had; after explaining clearly his diagnosis he recommended a test which helps him confirm his diagnosis before moving to recommend treatment. This lengthy process reassured me that Dr Al Farra is most caring about his patient and moves carefully to reach a good decision best suited to my situation. Dr Al Farra is most reassuring and skillful listener and he articulates his medical knowledge with a lot of humanity and care about his patient. Very strongly recommend him. H.Bautista

I am truly blessed that Dr Steven Arsht referred me to Dr. Alfara. From my first visit he revealed him to be compassion and professional. Most importantly was him engaging with me about treatment options. As an individual with an extremely low pain threshold I was actually put at ease after he walked me through my treatment...if I chose to go forward. I did. Thankfully so . At follow up visits I mentioned I was about 85 percent improved. Now after my follow up on March 5, 2025 , I was happy to report to Dr. Alfara that I was 90 percent. Our discussion relevant to going forward was a reminder how fortunate I was to have Dr Alfara as my Dr. I cannot praise him enough. May God bless him.

He is a compassionate, intelligent , diagnostician. He respects his patients and is very collaborative and thorough. He follows up and is responsive when I had questions regarding my drop foot condition which is difficult to treat other then having spine surgery . He helped me to explore other options. I would highly recommend Dr. Alfarra!!
