Dr. Tatiana Dicoby, DO

Dr. Dicoby is an excellent MD. I had her for both of my pregnancies. I always felt listened to and taken care of. I highly recommend her!

I'm pregnant with my first child and have been satisfied with my experience so far. The NP saw me for my first visit and was super friendly, answered any questions had, told me all about genetic testing, went over everything she could think of that I may have questions on for my first pregnancy and then told me if I had any concerns to not hesitate to call the office. I met Dr. DiCoby on my second visit, I did have to wait a little bit to see her but not any longer than I wait at any other doctor's office. She was very friendly, answered any questions I had, went over the timeline for what I should expect in the next couple of months. She went over genetic testing even though I'd already told her Noelle had done the same and that we had decided against it. So far I'm very happy with the care I've received.

do not see her. you will regret it, i did. when it comes down to it. if something goes wrong she will refuse to answer her phone or...if she does she will tell the staff to ignore you. i wanted to go back down to the ER so bad but i was not allowed. instead i was left for 12 hours in non-stop pain with HELLPS syndrome and almost died. the on call dr in the morning did an emergency c sect right away. i also never once saw her only her nurse the whole pregnancy. i made a complaint to my insurance and was told she is no longer covered under tricare because of all the complaints from others they had gotten.

As other reviewers have noted, the staff at the office is rude and disorganized. In my experience, this applies to not just the reception staff, but also several of the nurses, and the nurse practitioner. I'm having my first baby, and every appointment has been needlessly stressful because of the staff. Dicoby herself is friendly enough, although she forgot my name halfway through the last appointment so I am confident she has no idea who I am. She also neglected to tell me about genetic testing until it was almost too late to perform it, then acted like it was my fault I didn't magically know about it. They have too many patients here, due a shortage of OBs in the area. I would absolutely switch doctors, but nobody else is available. I wouldn't recommend this office, or Dicoby, but there aren't a lot of alternatives in the area.

well this is my first baby, i was very nervous to go to the appointment by myself and to make matters worse the receptionists were horribly rude to me! finally by the 2nd appointment i met my miss dicoby and she was rude to me also! she got mad at me because the receptionists had told me wrong information, she did not listen to my questions or answer them in any way, shape or form. and she did not even tell me that i was gonna hear my babys heart beat! she just did it and that was it, she rushed through the entire appointment and then didnt even tell me the appointment was over or say goodbye to me. i felt humiliated and more stressed out and depressed than what i had already felt going into their. im going to switch doctors hopefully soon. i would not recommend her or that place to anyone!

I am currently seeing Dr. DiCoby but I agree that the receptionist is horrible! The doctor is very nice and funny and worth seeing. At my first visit, there was no one in the waiting room and the receptionist was on the phone. I walked up to the window and she motioned for me to wait with a finger. I waited for 20 minutes until she got off the phone to check me in. What really ticked me off is that she was on the phone with her cell phone company (on her company line) trying to work out getting a replacement for her personal cell phone! I'm mean, really? There were points where she was put on hold by the company and she didn't even at least ask who I was to check me in! I had already filled out all of the paperwork needed, all she needed to do was take my name! Don't decide to NOT go to Dicoby because of the receptionist as so far I'm really happy with the doctor herself, but be warned about the receptionist!

I liked going to Dr. DiCoby because she is a good doctor who cares about your well being and is very thorough. HOWEVER, I will never go there again because myself and several others I know have received the worst service from her receptionist. I have never been treated kindly by the reception desk, and they always act as though you are inconveniencing them. I'm sorry, but isn't it your job to assist me and answer questions? I will never recommend this office to anyone. You should not have to feel bad about a service you am paying for, especially when you actually don't mind the doctor.
