Wait times are ridiculous! Not only do I have to wait hours to get my car fixed, but now I have to wait hours for my doctor?! Appointment time was as soon as they opened and I got there with a FULL waiting room. Unbelievable

I went to my appointment with many questions about some health issues that have been occurring lately. When I attempted to dive deeper into the issue, she just notated what I said on her computer and did not attempt to help me get to the root of my problem or find a solution. I inquired if one of my medications could possibly be a reason for my weight gain and she asked me if I researched the medication to see side effects. She did blood work and a 6 month follow up, but did not follow up on the blood work after the 6 months. She suggested a certain diet, and then advised me she does not like that diet because she thinks you eat too much fat.....so why suggest it? I explained I had been getting migraines at the end of the day with nausea and dizziness. I told her I thought it may be dehydration. She repeated what I said to her and typed it in her notes.....no tests, no suggestions, no follow up questions. I will be moving soon and will no longer use her but I guess I should just be my… own doctor because I receive just as much help that way. Not recommended. highly dissatisfied.

Dr Hernandez takes the time to cover all your medical problems. She is very thorough

Wonderful caring doctor. Really takes the proper time to access symptoms, and come up with a proper treatment plan. She follows up very fast with tests and prescription refills. Returns after hour urgent calls very fast and in a pleasant manner. Love her office staff they are organized and friendly. Very prompt to get referral approvals from insurance.

Awful. Waited 3 hours. I was so sick and being there and waiting just made me sicker

Dr. Tatiana Hernandez providing me an excellent care; certainly she expending time in: my physical exam, education, with review test results, explained results, as well as with the follow ups needed. She was not only concern about my physical condition, but my soul and spirit.

I work in a doctors office, I know how stuff should work. She has such a dysfunctional office staff. Yes, some is family. They walk in while you are in an exam room with the doctor. You will sit in the waiting room for hours. Then when you get called back it's another waiting game. Dr. Hernandez has a good bedside manner, she does ask the right questions and probes to find reasons for things, but I do believe it's more business/money process than actual health care. There has to be a point in your practice where you have to say no we can't see any more new patients or sorry she is already overbooked we need to schedule you at a better time. How can 3-4 people have the same appointment time? You can't schedule people like that. You can call the same day and get a appointment or have your appointment set 6 months out and you will still be sitting and waiting to be seen, because they over book. Do they think people in the lobby aren't speaking to one another? Discussing their experience… there and normal waiting time and what time their appointment is for? Life is too short to sit in that horrible lobby. And to get your vitals in a room that the whole lobby can hear your weight, your medications, your health business. Office staff all have their cell phones out, food out on the desk etc.. I know in health care we do use health apps in pinch but they aren't using health apps they are texting, calling their husbands, their friends, letting the office phone ring, or leave the answering service on b/c they are busy playing around. The glass window isn't that thick and either are the walls. Everyone in the office can hear and see everything! So unprofessional! No thank you!

This has to be the worst care I've ever received. The waits are terrible, the staff is lazy and heck, half of them are family. Not to mention the circus ring she runs as a "physical therapy service" after car accidents in her office. She will bill your PIP and wait till it's maxed before ordering actual diagnostics to see what your injuries are. I think that is borderline medical malpractice. I waited 3 months to find out I had herniated disks then fired her. Took my medical care in my own hands from that point on and now I'm with a practitioner I actually trust and can call with questions and expect an answer with no alterior motives. She's nothing but a money maker.

Dr Hernandez has a staff that doesn't seem to care whether she has any patient or not. Example leaving the anwwering service on when they are in the office and should be taking calls. It is very difficult to get the office to answer the phone

This doctor is wonderful. She spends a lot of time with you. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes. She is very through.
