Dr. Ted Richard Stallings, MD

I've been a patient of Summit Medical for well over 20 years and was "picked up" by Dr. Stallings when my prior GP moved out of state about 12 or 13 years ago. The man is knowledgeable, perceptive, genuinely cares for his patients and has a fantastic sense of humor and knows when/how to utilize it. He has seen me through a heart attack, TIA and diagnosis of COPD and, while he has advised me how to self-remedy (lifestyle changes), he has never been judgmental when I didn't always faithfully follow the prescription. He has gone out of his way, as has his nurse (Patty) to always assist me with whatever healthcare issue or problem I've had and would recommend Dr. Stallings to anyone looking for a solid physician that you want to have a real "comfort level" with. I've referred one friend/client who gave me solid feedback and my 17 year old son, literally having "outgrown" pediatric care,has been his patient for over a year. It's a good idea to "shop" property & casualty insurance… coverage every few years but anyone who has Dr. Stallings as primary care physician, will likely never shop for a new provider.
