I heard about the Dr. Liu, many people said that he is good and nice doctor, however doctors should be more friendly and all the the patient welcome not just said I can't take the new patients but only new born, that is not fair to the other

Great doctor, but way too long lines

I recommend teddy to everyone. very good Dr. Staffs are nice too.

Dr Liu lied to me about the college he went to and that he is affiliated with the North Shore Hospital.During my son sickness, we called the doctor's emergency line, we did not get a call back, after few days of high fever, We ended up going to the hospital. This doctor has no morals and ethics. The wait time is long and he made many wrong diagnostics. I highly urge all parents to stay away From dr Liu.

The office is always busy and you wait for more than 2 hours. The doctore would only take 2 minunts to see your child. He try to rush everthing. His answer is limited to "YES" or "NO", he doesn't take time to explain to the parents. He is no helpful at all. He writes everything on the paper. He doesn't explain why you need it. I suggest you to avoid him, don't waste your time and wait. I am going to a different doctor for my child. He is helpless!

Dr. Liu is professional but his staff is unfriendly and definitely need to fix their attitude or they should be replaced.

If you are his new patient, the doctor won't even bother to see you even you are right in front of him. BAD DOCTOR AND STAFF(IVY)!!!!

Dr Liu is a good doctor, patient and detailed oriented. However, he and his staffs are too busy. I recommend him to hire some younger receptionists coz they can work faster and more efficiently.

Most of the time, we bring our children to the office because they are sick. When they are sick, we are in no mood and lack of sleep. I think the receptionist, Ivy should really consider this. She definitely has an attitude issue. I have been going for 5 years. She still is like this to this day. I see her being nice to patients that bring food or drinks to her. If you want good service, bribe her with food. Many times, my insurance would not take a particular medication that doctor prescribe, then I have to call office to prescribe generic brand. No matter how busy your office is, you have to help my children too. Don't forget, they are sick already and waiting in the pharmacy to get medicine is bad enough, but we can't go home until we wait for them to call pharmacy back. They don't put our patients need in their interest. They need to be more thoughtful. Doctor just likes to prescribed medicine for children. I was fortunate enough to go to another peds to find this… out. I wish I found this out earlier because my oldest daughter seems to always ask for meds once she is sick. She is like a medicine box now.
