The lady in the front care is very rude and disrespectful so unprofessional!!! She needs to get fired

Really happy with the service Staff is friendly helpfull. Dr. Bondoc is nice and sent time answering my questions.

Really like her office, she takes her time with my girls explains everything answered all my questions,and her Staff is very friendly my girls have been her patients for almost 5 years,she is great. I Would not change my girls doctor.

Well I tried this doctor for 2 years. And it just went from fair to worse. First they make walk in the same day impossible, you have to call the previous day and come in before 11, thats if they have available space and you have a child with fever who can not be seen, and they suggest go to E.R. Secondly, twice in the last two visits I informed her that my three year old was having stomach pains, and she just kept dismissing this stated kids have discomfort. Now my daughter is having nose bleeds, coughing, stomach pain, and I took her to an urgent care, at the center they informed me they do not accept my insurance but they would call Dr. Bondoc and see if she would authorize the visit so we could be covered, she DENIED IT. She told the representative that our insurance would not cover the urgent care, she would not authorize and if we wanted to be attended we would have to go to an ER.

We have been going to Dr. Bondoc for 14 years. She spends quality time with each of my girls. I get appointments quickly when my children are sick. She always follows up with test results quickly usually next day. She is an amazing DR.

Excellent pediatrician! Loves the kids and takes the time to explain everything. Office staff is very accommodating and friendly. So sad to move out of state because we miss our doctor!!

I have Dr. Bondoc for over 4 years. She is on top of things. Easy to get an appointment and great treatment.
