I should have listened to the reviews. I gave her a chance and then a second chance. First visit she made a racial comment and asked what funeral home I use. Second visit she was almost two hours late and breezed in and was rude and flounced out because she had a temper tantrum because I said I was running too late for testing that day. I never did get to ask a question that was directly related to my health. I did finally speak with a nurse and was told they would call me within two days. No call from anyone. I called back asking to speak with nurse and was informed that the doctor didn't have any orders in so I was told to call ask a nurse. Hawthorne is now "working" at Lower Lights on West Broad St Columbus Ohio. Don't even bother to waste your time and health with a visit.

Cant get thru to make an appt. Nice first visit, terrible second. Doesn't listen. Ignores pain.

she is a pill-pusher making money from pharmaceutical companies. She doesn't care about you, but the money she makes writing prescriptions. Worst doctor I have had in my life.

She was a pill mill doctor in Columbus, part of her community service after she was busted was to serve a community in need of a doctor. She ended up in Fairfield county.

I was told by dr. Hawthorne that i was diagnosed with herpes the same day although i had only been with my boyfriend nd he said he didnt have it, over the next 10 years i have seen a few doctors and all have said i dont have it!!! Im thankful yet hurt at the same time, what a way to waste and destroy a young girls childhood, i was only 19 when she ruined my life and then on another incident i came to her when my lips swelled up her and her staff laughed at me then told me i was allergic to petrolium and tylenol, to test that theory i took tylenol and applied petrolium to my skin and lips and thank God nothing happened which to me seems to be another false diagnosis. Needless to say the location on agler rd in columbus she worked at isno longer open i saw online that she moved to dayton ohio practing medicine and now i see lancaster ohio, its not right what she is doing.

Dr. Hawthorne gives a first impression of a caring person. She is a fine doctor if you need to be treated for something as simple as the flu. She does not listen to patient concerns on any matter though. If you have any medical needs that require more knowledge or a doctor that will pursue your well being you would be out of luck to go to her.

I had a bad infection in my ear. Dr. Hawthorne said it was just allergies. She gave me some nasal spray and basically told me to get lost. The infection got bad and spread to my brain and spine. I almost died, I was in ICU for a week. The nurses at the hospital said she wasn't allowed to admit patients to the hospital and she was basically a pill pusher and had to come here and work off her fines and so forth with the poor people.

She is a very bad doctor. She had been running a pill mill in Columbus and decided to "Go Straight" and come to Lancaster posing as a angel of mercy. This woman could care less about the patients just show her the money. She never answers your questions and gets mad if you ask any. She now won't write even clearly needed meds. She took me off all my BP and Diabetes meds because she said I was addicted to Glucphage and Lasix!! What a quack!!!!

This is the doctor is the only one at our health care center at Lancaster, Ohio 43130. She will come in the room they put you in, deflect all questions, and is gone in about 2 or 3 minutes. How can a doctor possibly come to a prognosis in 2 or 3 minutes of seeing someone. She has me on 13 meds!! That's right, 13. I have no choice but to go to this doctor(haha) because I have no insurance. HELP!!!
