Dr. Terri Alice Key, MD

OF COURSE you'll have a wait. There are not enough ophthalmologists to go around. Several have recently retired or moved. Thorough eye exams take time. You are not the only patient in the office. The testing equipment is shared between 2 physicians. If you want a crappy, fast-food exam, there are plenty of places for that. If you want thorough, comprehensive exam by a doctor who truly cares about her patients, Dr. Key is the best, hands down and her staff is phenomenal! If I could give more stars, I would!

Compassionate, knowledgeable, caring - worth the wait!

She is booking appointments so far out because she's a GOOD DOCTOR and there are not enough of those to go around. Yes, you'll be there for a couple of hours for your exam and a LOT of that time is spent waiting, but it's worth it. Her staff is awesome. Very knowledgable and friendly.

You'll be there all day. Sometimes you have a wait? pfffft. You'll ALWAYS have a wait. Waiting an hour to see her is unacceptable. My time is valuable as well.

Dr. Key is one of the best physicians I've ever had --professional and caring. Yes, you sometimes have a wait for your appointment time. That's because she spends the time needed to answer patients' questions. She is worth the wait.
