They do NOT have time to follow up to ensure they have scheduled you or obtained the proper documents for your visit and that it is the PATIENT'S responsibility to ensure the appointment has all of the necessary information for your vist...they have too many patients to follow through to ensure the Doctor is properly prepared for your appointment.

Dr. Riley was more interested in playing with his new laptop than examining me. He asked me ridiculous questions and responded to my answers as if he hadn't heard me. He didn't stop a procedure even when I repeatedly told him he was causing me intense pain. I will NEVER return. His bedside manner is non-existent.

office has new front staff and new phone system and this is working well Dr riley always cares and spends time with you even if he runs late

Dr Riley has taken care of me and our family for over 20 years. He always comes in or calls us when needed. the office staff has recently changed for the better but as a business owner myself i know how hard it is to keep and find good staff. thank you Dr riley

Dr. Riley is a nice man who does try to be helpful (if a bit pedantic). Some of his office staff and nurses, on the other hand, make remaining a patient at that facility no longer an option. Electronic Medical Records: the medical history that they took on me is full of mistakes. I am not now nor have I ever been diabetic, never had a colon resection, am not retired from the military, do not have a drinking problem, ETC. I told several nurses to no avail and finally called the problem to the attention of the office manager who acted like I was whining about a minor thing. When I persisted, she told me that lots of people complain about the "least little thing" in their EMRs. Inputting a wrong medical history is NOT a "least little thing." End result? EMRs are still wrong. Labs: Dr. Riley likes to have his labs done in house - fine, but when you can't get a blood work appointment until 11 am and then have to wait another 30 minutes, there's a problem and he needs to start sending… them out to another facility. Referrals: It takes 5 minutes to do a Tricare Referral and I can honestly say that is one thing his office did right. . . until the Tricare expert left. I recently needed a routine referral and, since their new referral person worked "from home," and "part-time," and "for another doctor in town," I could not get a referral until (the clincher) my HUSBAND called to find out why, 10 days later, I still did not have the referral. Amazingly, they were able to do it in, yes, 5 minutes while he was on the phone. Enough is enough. Dr. Riley is a nice man. Talks down to you, but he's a nice man. His staff, however? They don't have the patients' best interests at heart and their actions are actually impeding the quality of care one might otherwise get there.

He treats you like a regular person and always follows up

Dr Riley has been our families doctor for over 10 years. He has stayed late and come in early to see my children when sick. Thank you for caring
